Handover service involves a contact supervisor welcoming the child from the resident parent or carer and taking them to the non-resident family member. Contact is independent which takes place outside of the centre. At the agreed time, the contact supervisor will welcome the child from the non-resident family member and take them to the resident parent or carer.
