Supervised contact involves the child remaining in sight and sound of the contact supervisor at all times.
Supported contact takes place within the centre. A contact supervisor is at hand to support both the child and non-resident family member.
A contact supervisor remains present with the child and non-resident family member during contact in the community.
Handover service involves a contact supervisor welcoming the child from the resident parent or carer and taking them to the non-resident family member.
Indirect contact takes place at the centre and can be in the form of a letter, email or Skype.
